The rucksack club is managed by a committee elected annually from the membership at our AGM as specified in our club constitution. The committee hold regular meetings throughout the year to look after the club's affairs, organise the events and make sure everything runs smoothly. The meeting minutes are usually published here on the website or posted on the announcements. If there are any issues you wish to bring to the attention of the committee or if you have any questions you can contact the committee via our committee contact form. * This is a new post being trialled in 2011-12, with the aim of freeing the meets secretary of the additional workload of arranging climbing introductions, meets and competitions. The members voted at the 2011 AGM in favour of this new position being trialled. The position may be written into the club's constitution in future following another general meeting.
